Celeste Thomas is an associate attorney with the Law Offices of Mann & Elias, where her practice focuses on employment law. Born and raised in California in a family deeply rooted in the legal profession, Ms. Thomas began working at her grandfather’s law firm at the age of sixteen, alongside both him and her mother. Those early experiences instilled in her a lasting respect for the law and its power to meaningfully improve people’s lives.

Ms. Thomas earned her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and received a scholarship to attend Golden Gate University School of Law. During her first year, she interned with the Environmental Law & Justice Clinic, representing underrepresented communities in environmental matters. She later served as Managing Editor of the Environmental Law Journal, where she further developed her legal writing, research, and leadership skills.

While still in law school, Ms. Thomas joined the Law Offices of Mann & Elias as a law clerk, gaining early experience in employment litigation and client advocacy. After passing the California Bar, she continued with the firm as an associate attorney, where she has focused her practice on representing employees in cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.

Ms. Thomas is dedicated to promoting fairness in the workplace and protecting the rights of employees. She takes pride in helping clients navigate complex and often deeply personal employment disputes with professionalism, compassion, and determination—working to achieve outcomes that provide both justice and peace of mind.
